AGS Panel Rating

AGS game of the year 2023 is a brilliant mix of investigation and Lovecraftian horror. The long development time means a few glitches or inconsistencies may show, but that will soon be forgotten. Highly recommended.

This game is incredible! I’m not even sure how to describe it in words. If you enjoy point-and-click adventures, occult horror, and Lovecraftian elements, I highly recommend this game.

The atmosphere and character writing in this game is remarkable. Highly recommended to all who like investigations, Lovecraftian horror or both.

I was deeply enthralled in this adventure, I ended up staying up all night playing it, and then coming back to it the next day to try and find all the different endings. I believe there are four and I found them all, but that may be more down to luck than to skill.

Highly cinematic, I lost count of the number of cutscenes. Good puzzles, I remember being stumped a number of times, but I never had to resort to hints or anything like that. Different ways to talk to characters. I'm amazed the level of detail that has gone into this.

Perhaps there is more I can do in the game. I'm not sure if I should do something with the ink for example.

Well I highly recommend this one.
