Hello! I've been making progress on creating a pixel art universe for some time now. It's truly a handcrafted process, building each pixel by hand with just a mouse, often starting from a quick sketch on paper.

I really enjoy creating scenes and characters as inspiration strikes. The universe is starting to make sense in my mind, and piece by piece, it's all coming together.

This project is currently titled "Chuck and the Island of Giants."

///////////////STORY///////////////////////// The hero is pulled into a strange book and transported to another world—a world where balance is maintained by colored eggs, protected by five guardians, but discovered long ago by Captain Morgan. This entire world is tangled in thorns (thorny patches, a thorn castle, various objects...). The world has become unbalanced due to a small creature that possesses humans, making them enter the world and steal the eggs. Once gathered, these eggs grant immense powers. In his quest, Chuck will try to find a way back to his world, aided by the ghost of the captain and the queen of the Kingdom of Thorns...

///////////////SOFTWARE///////////////////////// This is an adventure game created with Adventure Game Studio, so it's a point-and-click. The pixel art is done using Pyxel Edit.

The demo will be available soon. I still need to finish some edits and beta reading. Since I'm French and my English is quite limited, I translated this text with ChatGPT. Enjoy!
