Desperately seeking Gabriel Knight 2

I'm looking for the game Gabriel Knight 2. I can't find it anywhere on the abandonware sites. Nor is it available on the shops.(coz its real old I guess).Anyway, very select Games are available in India.(where I am).And older ones are NEVER.

I bought Gabriel Knight 3 after searching in a dozen shops.I have a strict firewall that doesn't allow downloads from Kazaa,emule, edonkey etc.(I really tried them all). :'(

So the point is, Can please anybody suggest from where I can download it.Its there in Amazon.com but they never sell outside the US or Canada.Can somebody send it thru yahoo messenger to me. or tell me where I can download it. Please help me! :'(

Unfortunately, GK2 is FMV, which means it's also several Gigabytes in size (6 cds), which really prevents it ebing transferred over the internet except by those with megabit connections.

You can try ebay and find a seller who will ship to India, or maybe you'll find someone here who has a spare copy to sell [like I did, and I still am grateful to Dumpster Tom for this].

You could also look for someone to trade burnt CDs with, but we're not really allowed to discuss that on the forum because it implicates the owner under laws in some countries.

It says he'll ship world-wide! I don't know if you wanted to spend money or not, but this looks like a pretty good deal. The guy's got a good rating and 100% positive feedback.

There are 2 copies on ebay. One's for Mac & the others for PC which is something like 59$ plus shipping. If I convert it to Indian Rupee it will be terribly expensive. :o

And its wriitten that that copy will be shipped to Australasia, Europe, US. Not here.

I think I'm back to square one! :'(

I have searched for Gk2 also (before I found it and downloaded the whole 6 cds). I thik that there were some copies of very reasonable price on ebay(like 10 or 15$). The problem with me was that nothing I ordered before from the US was shipped here(Bulgaria), so I just searched for it on bulgarian servers(not accessable outside the counry, sorry).
By the way, Gabriel Knight 2 is a kickass game.

I OWN gk1 and gk2 +Soundtrack cd!!! And I've been waiting to get rid of 'em. They're not in the old original boxes. And I've lost the graphic novel

. It's the "Limited edition" version... Now, HOW will I get rid of these cd's?

You can't get it from there, it links to somewhere to buy it and I think and that link is broken.

I bought it about a year ago off ebay for a decent price but I got all the way to disc 6 and then a fair way through that disc before I found out there was a corrupt section on the disc.

So I'm still yet to finnish it. I emailed the guy I bought it from and never got a reply.

I'm watching a couple on ebay at the moment and with postage they're up to about $30 AUS.

just off topic: I don't understand why people bid early on ebay, do they just want to pay top dollar? idiots.

I can't remember exactly what I paid originally but it was probably around $30 total

anyone want to send me a copy of disc 6, I guess it would have to be the same version too.

The game was just getting good and near the end, damn dodgey ebay sellers.
