Meet Bradley!!! He's the main character in my upcoming game!! Does anyone know how to fix his limp? I sure don't!!

There he is... think he's ugly right? Well his front is okay

any tips would be appreciated

btw, I know its crooked since I posted the one chunk frame not individuals, so even when the feet are aligned to the ground, it limps

Can you save it as a gif?  It's kind of hard to figure out what's wrong with your animation if we can't see it animated.

Uh-huh... perhaps I don't know how to do that... I really should not have gotten into this should I?

If you post two pieces of artwork so close to one another you should also try and put them in one thread, as to save CJ's money.

I saved it as a gif for you:

Hmmm, I have no other idea than use this tutorial > http://www.sylpher.com/kafka/tutorials/walkcycletut.htm
and redo it.

wow people did respond?! Thank you soooo much!!

He kinda looks like Severus Snape from Harry Potter

You certainly must get rid of the first frame, that's what really ruins it. Also, the arms must bend a bit, if they remain straight it looks robotic. Also right now he moves back and forth, this shouldn't be happening. Make him stay fixed, but move a couple of pixels up in frames 4 and 7. And I think he needs an extra frame between 4 and 5 and another one in the end

I put it as a gidf for you, I gave you a tutorial, what freaking more do you want? You didn't even bother making a new one using the tutorial.

I think there's one main problem with this wc.
When AGS displays a walking character, the char's moved a specific amount of pixels to the left/right every other frame (Character -> Speed setting).
So the foot touching the ground has to move back that exact number of pixels between frames.
Six frames are ideal for a simple walk cycle. Start with the torso, move it down 1 or 2 pixels in those two frames where the feet are most apart, then add the feet, then draw the pants, connecting them to the torso. Add the arms last. To make things easier, use a new layer for each step.
Hope this helps.
