It's nice to have a walkthru but it was nicer to see how many people were playing this game and how fast it was to get help.

I read the walkthru in English and French but I am still stuck.  So help is still requested.

When in the cell/room, I cannot get out. I filled the cup with hot water + yellow stuff (twice) but when I try to throw it at the laser beams it keeps telling me that (I'm not sure I want to drink that stuff) and I did 'look' at the beams before.

I'm nearly afraid to help you in case I lead you astray again lol. but did you try walking through the beams, I think you might have to look and try walking but if I'm wrong don't shoot me lol. Sorry again about the maze thing

I got the death card a long time ago. In the cell I got the justice.

Sorry I meant the justice card. I thought maybe after I read that card and it told me I was guilty and sentenced to death that then I used cup of stuff on beams and it said something about I would have to do something drastic or something like that. There definitely wasn't any key.

I'll try again tomorrow because I've been playing non stop since this morning and I just can't think clearly anymore.  As you see I didn't get very far in the game. By the way I only have 4 or 5 cards. Hope I didn't forget any on the way. :'(

Thanks!Ã,  I figured out that strategy even before your hints and I was able to complete the game (finally!).Ã,  I think my problem was I wasn't holding the mouse down long enough so my shots were not registering as legitimate hits or sometimes it was a little bit nit-picky about what areas of the hat you had to click on for it to register.Ã,  Maybe if you could widen the target area it would be easier for non-action adventurers such as myselfÃ,

The Solution to the cell is to i) try and walk through the force field, ii) Look at the Justice card, iii) look at the force field, iv) See Worm run through force field. When Ma has seen and done all these things she becomes desperate enough to try anything. v) Use brew on force field.

OK, I downloaded the new version of the game (which looks great, by the way. Good job.) and got to the bit with the snail in the bush and the same thing happened again. The water dripped onto the branch in the cut scene but wasn't there when I went down afterwards. Is no-one else having this problem? It's frustrating because I'm really enjoying this game and I want to finish it.

This indeed strange, in the script I have an ObjectOn(1) which turns on the slide for the cutscene and there is nothing that can turn it off again. I assume you downloaded to a new folder?

Can you send me some savegame files from your game, before and after the problem, to support@alpha72.com. To see if I can replicate it here.

Just a suggestion:Ã,  When you make your next game (which we all hope will be soon) please make more space for 'saved games' not just 6 like with this game.Ã,  Sometimes/often we miss something and have to reload a saved game. With only 6 spaces, I had often had to save over a space I would have needed.Ã,  Also I find it's a good idea to have a 'meter' (like 0/999) to let us know how far we are in the game or if we have missed anything.

Also please remember in your next game that a lot of girls are playing the games and we are not all good/or don't care for arcade/action puzzles.Ã,  Please think of us.

Like I said this is just a suggestion.Ã,  This is a hell of a good game.Ã,  Not easy but pleasant.

Hi Wretched - welcome back

Ahhh so the worm maze was a bug afterall. Anyway we managed to get around it. I did find another little bug I think, when Ma is in prince's room, I walked over to the far right and Ma got stuck.
Do you know what the answer to Rosie's question is?about the interpreter, I am just curious about that one.

Joyce, I need your help with the worm maze. I only found 4 pieces of papar and I can't reach one. I tried going up and down many times but there is no other paper visible. How do I get to the one that is too far and where are the others? I know the snail can move certain leaves and can bite certain to move them but I'm struggling with this.

The screen to the left has a piece hidden in it. You have to look at the leaves in a certain order, use the messages to workout the exact order for the six leaves.

When you say messages you mean the writing on the papers that he's picking up? How do you do that? When I use the snails eyes on the notes, it doesn't reveal anything?

over to the left there are 5 maybe 6 leaves altogether, you either look at the leaves or try to pick up, can't remember which, but when you get a message saying Me Go Look or something similar, then click on another leaf and if you get the same message then you know you are on the right track, find another leaf with the message again, keep going,  but if you get message No then you start over, its like a sorta chain reaction if you know what I mean.  Other leaf at the top right, where you see a drip, you have to move the leaves into a certain order then you will get a cut scene

me go look was the key. Then I moved up to section by the drip with the 4 movable leaves and tried a combination there. The drip gave me a nice water slide...

It's original, funny (tragic sometimes) and the characters are well built (I felt really bad about the death of Mr. Snail. And making people feel sorry for a snail, my friends, that's an art! ). I wish I could do art for a game like this some day.

The pricess is having a little fun by the river (you can read her name carved on a tree nearby). Talk to her and you'll find out what to do with the leaves.

The mirror: Remember someone who frequently needs to look at his own image? Maybe you could try to trade it for the mirror...
