Items Draw crosshair resets (BUG?)

I have what might be a seriously dumb question: Every time I close the editor and reload the game, the "draw crosshair"-boxes for all my inventory items are reset to "No marker" and the color-values I type in disappear. I find it weird because it saved my crosshair-settings just fine up until two days ago. Help? :)

EDIT: Oh, and the same thing happens if I check the "use sprite slot"-option.

EDIT2: Update, day 2:

I checked "used sprite slot" for one item and tested the game. I selected the item, no marker appeared.
Then I selected "draw crosshair", values 1 and 15. Tested the game, selected the item, the crosshair appeared.
Then tried once more to change it to "use sprite slot". Tested the game, selected the item, the sprite-marker appeared. But what more, the sprite slot marker appeared on all the other items as well - even though they were checked to "no marker."
Tested the game once more, this time no marker appeared.
The game still resets all items to "no marker" whenever I shut the editor down, regardless of what they were before.

Is it a bug, or am I just missing something incredibly obvious? The same thing happens for any game I load into the editor. I updated to SP1 when the problem first started to appear, btw, before that I used 3.0.1.

Very grateful for any help.

I get that. At least used to get it. Your PC is running out of free memory so those rred marker boxes will appear more frequently, it's really nothing to worry about. Your sprites still stay there. Oh, wait you're not saying that.
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

No, that ain't it, but thanks though  :)

The inventory hotspot marker setting is confusing, because it appears to be a per-item setting but is in fact a single game-wide setting that is shown in every inventory item pane.

This will be changed in the next version to make it more intuitive; but basically if you want to change the hotspot marker setting, make sure that you have only 1 inventory item open in the editor, change the setting and then save the game. You should find that when you re-load the game, the setting has been changed in all inventory item windows.

Ok, thanks! :)

Just to make sure my game's current behaviour is correct: The crosshair or sprite shows up on all items if: a) I edit one item, mark for either crosshair or sprite and then test the game; or b) if I load the game and test it without loading any items into the editor. It resets to no marker whenever I load an item into the editor for the first time for each session. Is that about right?
