Start simple, learn the basics first. Create a small game using the standard interface.
What you want isn't possible without pretty advanced scripting, and much of it.

I already have made a game. I just dont wanna post it on internet.

AGS is very unsuitable for this, I'd suggest using Game Maker. Take a look around on the Game Maker forums for pokemon type examples, there should be a few available, because clones of Nintendo console games are a very popular choice.

Still, possible. Gather scripting experience like crazy and you might some day be able to do this.

Time? You cannot hope to make ANY game work without a crapton of TIME! I thought I'd make a simple lil' game and it'd take a few weeks tops... I've been at it for two MONTHS and its still about halfway done. Pokemon style game? Geez, It'll take you ages to even make a working base, not to mention making a properly working battle system with all the different attacks, have the evolution system and whatnot.

Nobody can really tell you how. You need to start making the game yourself, come up with more specific questions and ask them, and then MAYBE someone can help you a bit.

I'd wish you luck, but it would be a sad waste in  this kind of a project... sorry
Wrongthinker and anticitizen one. Utterly untrustworthy. Pending removal to memory hole.

nah too mutch of time

Then don't ask for help on questions like this. Heres the code:

Code: ags

Classic.Pokemon = true;

Thats it! Should work out fine. :P

Ashen

That's not particularly helpful, is it?

arthur.com, what WHAM said is right - you're not going to be able to do anything if you're not willing to put in the effort, and that attitude isn't likely to enocourage people to help you.

If you have any specific questions, let me know and I'll re-open this thread.
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.
