Character Outline

Ive looked through the help file and I cant find out how to outline a character with black. Is this possible?

If you want him outlined black, you must draw him  that way. Open up your favorite paint program and fix him up to your liking. Copy to Clipboard and over write the old one.

As far as i know (noob here) theres no way to make AGS give your character a border, however im am quiet possibly wrong.
