Title: A Raindog Story
Post by: Romeo on Sat 19/06/2010 02:36:47
Sometime in the 1950's, somewhere in the U.S.A. In a small town in the middle of nowhere lives Tom Frost, a man who lost everything: his wife, his house, his job. The only two things left are an acoustic guitar and a bunch of scores...
Help Tom to join a band and perform his songs to get fame, love and money. Help him to make his dream come true...

Development Progress:

Story: 100%
Scripting: 60%
Graphics: 80%
Sound/Music: 90%
Dialogs:  I'm trying to translate the dialogs into english...but english is not my native tongue, so I hope the translation will be good enough to understand the storyline...

Until now I used:
AGS SnowRain plugin [ver 2.02] by Scorpiorus
Description by SSH v.1.06
...Obviously, thanks to Scorpiorus and SSH

I love the scarf. Will it be animated?

What is the original language, Romeo? Italian?

Ooh, photo-realistic backdrops (or are those photos?)! It's looking pretty promising so far. Good luck with this one!

Ascovel: until now the scarf isn't animated but I could plan to do it.

neon: Yes I'm italian. I wonder if you guess it for the name or for the way of writing.

Sslaxx: I used photos and paintings for the backgrounds. The most famous Edward Hopper's paintings and photos in hopper-ish style

Cheers

I guessed it by the name, I can't detect an italian style in your english. I'm also no native english speaker.

Always wished there was an adventure in Hopperian style, this particular use of light and all - now there is  one and it's not mine - DARN! :P. Looking forward to this - quite intriguing plot as well.
