Anyway - the place is booked The next step will be that tomorrow I'll PM everyone in the possible list. When you're in that list, you've got two weeks for a first installment to save a definite spot.
After that we'll see who else is interested and open the definite booking for everyone in the "maybe list".

If needed, I'll also ask the owner about extra beds, but let's see how the first booking round turns out

I know it is probably a bit early to think about transportation, but is there a cheap/reliable way to get from SXF Airport to Schoeneiche?
Trains, buses, etc.

We could pick up (max 2 persons) from the Berlin Schoenefeld SXF Airport to join us on our way to the house, we practically pass by the airport during the ride.
From the airport to the house will take about a small hour (says googlemaps).

This place is pretty close (2 km):
Here we could rent two apartments (7 sleeps max), which are around 20 eur per night and person.The good thing here is that we are a bit more "dynamic" if it comes to cancellations.

I would suggest you wait a bit longer though.  Just because 33 people have expressed an interest, it doesn't mean that even 1/2 those people will actually come.  Everyone wants to come to Mittens, but not everyone manages to, unfortunately.
